Use an All Purpose Cleaner for the Interior

An All Purpose Cleaner can be used to clean stains on all interior surfaces but I would not use it on the headliner. A product like Chemical Guys APC is a good product for Personal Car Care. After that, you can use Chemical Guys VRP for the hard interior surfaces for UV protection and a nice shine!
